What is Section View?

What is Section View? and what if we doesn't show in Drawing sheet ?

Section view is use to show the cut section of view or an area which is hidden by solid and it is cut away by the section plane. Plane is called section plane.

Hi, I am Hareesh.
Sometime, Top, Front and Back view does not give full geometry of the component. Then we cut any view like Top, Front and Back view by a section plane to show that hidden geometry. That cutting section is represented by section view.
