I want to know the Tensile strength of Mild steel specimen, By which method I can get the value?

If you want to perform practical test then go with Brinell hardness test for tensile strength of a mild steel specimen.

If you want to test it virtually so you can use Any analysis (FEM) software where you can defined the material of a specimen and you can get the result.

You can perform Brinell Hardness test on the specimen in test lab. :P :P
