Hey i am Rajesh
Yes sure you can, only you have to use the open profile, select the open sketch, click on command and extrude it and then give the thickness and then the limit value.
Thanks

Hi I am sachin
Yes you can do it in wire frame/Generative shape design by simply extruding a line and than convert it in solid using thick surface feature.
Thanks

Hi I am ganesh
Why not! Extrude a line in a defined direction and apply thick surface feature on that extruded surface.
Thanks

Hello I am siddesh
First convert a line in surface by using extrude, apply boundary command on surface than extrude it parallel direction of current surface, fill the remain open profile so you’ll get a block in result.
