Hello,

G codes are used to make understand the CNC machine when and how to perform action and the movements. The most common situation are, cutting tool, machine tool is moving and follow the tool path according to program and the G and M codes given in it.

Thanks

G00-Rapid traverse
G01-Linear interpolation with feed rate
G02-Circular interpolation (clockwise)
