Hello,

The M codes stands for Miscellaneous function like for opening and closing of door of workstation, or it may be m = machine

Hello, I am jagjeet.
M code is mainly used machining operation like drilling, milling, tapping etc.
M00 code is used to program stop.
M02 code is used to end of program .
M03 is used to spindle on and rotate clockwise direction.
M29 is used to rigid tapping mode.
