Isometric view and orthographic are placed in different angle to each other. Both of them represents 3D view in 2D drawing sheet.

Isometric projection is a projection. Which is used to represent 3D view in top, front and side section in a single view. That view is shown by three axis. And two axis of them have 120* angle.
Orthographic projection is a projection. Which is used to represent 3D view in separate top, front and side view. That view is shown by two axis. And these axis have 90* angle. So it is also called parallel projection.
