Hello Devisingh I am Zuber the simple reason of slip are-
overloading
Misalignment of pulleys

Hi, I am Naved.
There are the following reason of slipping of belt.
• Initial tension is very low.
• Misalignment of pulley.
• Very Less friction of belt.
• Damage pulley or parts.
