how does the SOLID COMBINE command works??

hello nitin,
mainly,SOLID COMBINE command is used for such models in which we prefer the profile from two perpendicular plane .Now to execute SOLID COMBINE we need to sketch the profile on two perpendicular planes respectively.If we imagine to PAD the respective profiles then we can get solid which will be in common to both the PAD solid.So through this way SOLID COMBINE command generate the intersect solid .

for example,
if we look to make the sphere through SOLID COMBINE then it is impossilbe to execute.Through two perpendicular planes sphere is seen as circular profile respectively .Now if you PAD the respective profile on respective planes then we will get other shape of solid other then sphere.
