CAE is accurate enough to make the decision?

CAE is accurate enough to make the decision of their performance of the analysis objects? or we have to make the proto type and do practical analysis?

Yes up to some extend, CAE having so many analysis concept (Numerical equations) according to which we get a results to analyse the object is safe or not.

Good morning all,
Can anyone tell me depending on what factor we can decide that the design model is safe or not? I am able to design and do various analysis but till now i am not able to decide that the design is safe or not.
