Hello All,

I am Urooj, very new to Ansys Workbench. I have seen Remote force command but not able to apply on geometry, can anyone help me in this ? :?

Hi Urooj,

Remote force is used when we have to apply force at certain distance from the solid body.
Ex: if 10 m beam is there and we fix its one end and we want to apply load on 20 m distance then we can use remote force. to apply the force on 20m.

Hope you understand. :)

Hi,
I'am Tanmay
Remote force generally applied on the surface from a distance. If there is multiple body under load than the force is distributed equally.

Thanks
:) :) :)

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me how can I apply Remote force on a sphere center? And the applied force must be equally distributed all over the surface.
Hoping to get reply soon. :)
