Hello,

Export the file into IGES format, in which 3D tool you have designed.To convert follow these step- File save as change the file type to IGES –Click option change the Surface representation /System preference from standard to ANSYS click OK.
By following you can easily convert file format.

As per your procedure when I am importing file in Ansys there are many body come in the Ansys software, how to get rid of this?
