You can get unit options by following the steps:
Format -> Units and change the units as per your requirement.

If you want to change the current unit so can change it by simply type UN in command bar and you will see a dialog box where you can change the unit according to requirement.

It's very simple, you can type 'UN' command in command bar then press enter and change the unit.
